[UPDATE: They Fixed it]Android 5.0 Lollipop Update Delayed Due to a Bug Till Nov 12 for Nexus 4, 5, 7 and 10

Google had announced on November 4 that it has begun rolling out its new Android 5.0 Lollipop update for its Nexus device holders. However, the latest coming from Android Police’s Artem Russakovskii suggests that the company is still dealing with some bugs and is not ready to roll out the update yet. Citing tipsters, he said on his Google + page that the OTA update for  Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Nexus 4 has been delayed to November 12.
Update: The bug is now marked as fixed. That was fast.

Russakovskii shared a notice stating that the Nexus 9 and Nexus Player Lollipop builds have already been shared, revealing in a later comment that Lollipop updates for the above mentioned devices have been postponed to November 12th.  “Hey guys, I just got word from one of our tipsters that the first OTAs [over-the-air updates] got delayed due to some outstanding bugs, now currently scheduled for the 12th,” he said.
Even the Google Nexus official Twitter account has been replying to user queries and saying that the OTA updates will be available in the ‘coming weeks,’ not mentioning the official date for the roll out.
Meanwhile, the Nexus 6 and Nexus  9 come pre-loaded with the new software. The Nexus 6 was snapped up by US consumers in less than 24 hours when it went on sale last week. In India, the Nexus 6 is listed on Flipkart as coming soon.
