Google I/O Rejection Emails Rolling Out

On March 17, Google officially opened up the registration window for I/O 2015, the company’s big developer conference.
The registration closed on March 19, and a few days after that Google began sending out emails to those who had been awarded the opportunity to buy a ticket for the conference. Upon switching to the lottery system, it meant that potential conference-goers didn’t have to sit by a registration button and hope for the best timing. Instead, after registering, it’s just hoping for the best application.
While many people will have the opportunity to attend the conference, and shell out upwards of $900 to get inside, many will be watching through a live stream. Those folks are starting to get their rejection emails now.
If you tried to get into Google I/O 2015, did you get in, or was a rejection email your fate?
