A new feature on Google Plus, it says "Have and address book?" when we go to that feature, you'll redirected to your Circles page, from there you can upload a Address Book from Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple address book and many other services that can export files in comma-seperated-value (.csv) or vCard (.vcf) format. You can see a screenshot below:

Its was a small update but it's easy to upload all address now, check it.
