Pixel 4 Camera Official Samples With Astrophotography Mode

One of the most outstanding features in Google’s Pixel phone has and will continue to be the camera. This is evident after looking at the images from the camera samples from Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL.

With each new Google phone release, we have seen advancements in the camera department that built upon the previous year’s phones. For Pixel 2, we got the first Pixel Visual Core chip that helped with Google’s impressive HDR+ processing. For Pixel 3, that Pixel Visual Core took on more tasks and Google also introduced the still-mind-blowing Night Sight mode that creates low-light shots few phones can reproduce.

The Pixel 4 will have the first dual-camera setup from a Google phone, made up of 12MP wide-angle and 16MP telephoto lenses. With the number of leaks revealing the amazing magic that Google has in store with Pixel 4, it would be no surprise if Google adds a few fascinating tricks to its camera setup in Pixel 4

While we may not get to see extensive action shot capabilities just yet, we have been provided a number of camera samples of the Pixel 4’s improved Night Sight capabilities. These shots demonstrate the incredibly bold colors that Night Sight on Google Pixel 4 is capable of.

However, we already know that Night Sight is more than just bold on this year’s Pixel phones. Leaks up to this point indicated that the Google Pixel 4 would be able to take shots of the stars and the Milky Way at night, and now we’ve got full resolution camera samples to back it up. Needless to say, they’re wildly impressive for something shot on a phone. This is amazing!
