[Leaked] Samsung Galaxy S11 Will Have 4,500mAh Battery Confirmed By Certification


It’s no secret that Samsung is currently working on its next-generation of smartphones in its Galaxy S-series. Earlier, the batteries of the Samsung Galaxy S11e and the Galaxy S11+ were spotted on the certification. Now the battery capacity of the Galaxy S11 has been leaked online.




The Samsung Galaxy S11 battery has been certified in Korea, which hints that the smartphone might come with a 4,500mAh battery. The certification reveals the smartphone battery cell comes with EB-BG985ABY model number and the G985 number indicates the model number SM-G985 for the Galaxy S11. As per the certification, the Galaxy S11 is rate with a minimum capacity of 4,370mAh, while the typical value is listed at 4,500mAh.




This will be a noticeable improvement over the Galaxy S10 as the smartphone comes with a 3400mAh battery. Recently, Samsung Galaxy S11+ battery got certified by SafetyKorea. The certification reveals that the Galaxy S11+ battery comes with model number EB-BG988ABY.

The certification reveals that the battery comes with a minimum capacity of 4,855mAh battery and a typical capacity of 5,000mAh battery. Previously, the battery of Galaxy S10e was also certified. The battery comes with product code EB-BG980ABY. This also reveals that the upcoming smartphone might come with model number SM-G980 as its predecessor, Galaxy S10e sports SM-G970 model number.
Furthermore, the certification further reveals that it comes with a rated capacity of 14.36Wh and a standard voltage of 3.85V. This means that the Galaxy S11e could feature around 3,800mAh battery, which is an improvement as compared to the 3,100mAh battery of the Galaxy S10e.
